Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Note: Exchanges are not applicable on sale items.
How to Raise an Exchange

Record an unboxing video and take clear images of the issue

Once approved, ship the item back to us (return shipping cost borne by the customer)
Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping cost in such cases.
